Our range of Mount Cook King Salmon is sustainably raised in a pristine lake high in New Zealand's Southern Alps, which provides the perfect conditions for growing naturally healthy fish. Like our meats, the freshwater salmon we offer are raised without antibiotics, free from nasties, vaccines and pesticides - good enough to be eaten raw as sashimi, or cooked!

Also check out our beautiful Chalk Stream Trout, drawn from sustainable farms on the Rivers Itchen and Test in Hampshire, England. Trout often has the reputation of tasting "muddy", but not this world-famous trout, due to the  ‘gin clear’ water, constant flows, excellent light and vegetation havens for the fish. These beautiful fish have a distinct, sensational taste.
