Our smoked fish comes from two suppliers with whom we have been working for years:

Mount Cook - a New Zealand salmon fishery that also runs its own smokehouse. The same fresh salmon that is a long-time favourite amongst our customers is used in the production of the smoked salmon.

Inverawe - a family-run Scottish smokehouse that uses time-honoured smoking traditions to produce some award-winning smoked fish, who also supplies to Her Majesty The Queen.
