Smoked & Cured Fish

Our smoked fish comes from three suppliers:

Mount Cook - a NZ salmon fishery that also runs its own smokehouse. The same incredible fresh salmon is used in the production of the smoked salmon.

Chalk Stream - harvested by hand in Hampshire, these Trout are a quintessential British fish. Smoked traditionally, this hot & cold smoked trout is sensational.

Inverawe - a family-run Scottish smokehouse that uses time-honoured smoking traditions to produce that are literally fit for Her Majesty The Queen.
