Black Truffle & Burrata Cheese Tortelloni

Product Description

Hand folded one by one and filled with creamy Italian burrata and Summer black truffle from Umbria. Cooked in a few minutes and can be served as a starter or main course. I like to drizzle mine with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Cooked in only 3/4 minutes in salted boiling water. 250g per pack (serves 2)


Pasta (56%): Flour (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (28%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water.

Filling (44%): Ricotta cheese (Milk), Mascarpone Cheese (Milk),Italian grated cheese (Milk, Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme), Black Truffle Cream (7%) (Black Truffle-Tuber Aestivum, Truffle Juice, Salt, Natural Truffle Flavouring).
