Coronavirus: Preventive Measures

Kindly take note that we are open during the Circuit Breaker until 1 June as we are considered an Essential Service in accordance with the Singapore Government's enhanced safety measures.

In light of the evolving situation on COVID-19, we have implemented a range of precautionary measures at Sasha’s Fine Foods, as per Ministry of Health guidelines. We want to reassure our customers that the safety and well-being of drivers, staff and customers remains our top priority.

Orders & Delivery

  • 10-day Delivery Slot AvailabilityWe have temporarily restricted our delivery slots to a 10-day window to ensure the quality of your produce. Kindly check our website at a later time if you do not see delivery slots available as we are adding new slots every day. 

  • Contactless Deliveries: We have implemented a stricter social distancing rule during delivery. Upon reaching your home, drivers will ring the bell, leave your bag of groceries at the door and maintain a 2-metre distance while waiting for you to collect your items.

  • Use of Plastic Bags: We are temporarily suspending our use of reusable crates and will instead deliver all produce in plastic bags for safety reasons. We are hopeful that this will be a temporary measure and encourage all of our customers to reuse plastic bags where possible.

  • Proof of Delivery: We are also temporarily suspending the need for customers to sign invoices to minimise contact. Drivers will instead take a photo of the items at your door as proof of delivery and place the invoice in the bag. Rest assured that our drivers will not leave your purchases unattended and we will communicate any changes to your order or delivery time on the day itself

  • Temperature Screening: All our drivers and staff are undergoing daily temperature checks at work. 
  • Drivers and Vans: Drivers are wearing masks and are washing their hands with soap every 2 hours. All delivery vans are equipped with hand sanitisers and anti-bacterial wipes, and drivers are trained to wipe down van interiors and delivery trays at regular intervals. 

  • Restrictions on Deliveries to Private Residences: Some condominiums no longer allow delivery drivers to enter the premises. Affected customers will be contacted to collect their groceries at the guardhouse instead. We seek your cooperation in collecting your orders as quickly as possible to allow us to serve all customers in an efficient manner.
  • Additional Screening: Our drivers also have to undergo additional checks and health declarations at certain residences. As such, each delivery now has additional steps involved and we seek your understanding if yours takes longer than expected.

Product Availability

  • Supply Chain: As you may know, many of our products are imported from overseas. Due to the direct relationships we have with our farmers and producers, we are able to work closely with them to minimise disruption to our supply chain and ensure that our warehouse remains well stocked.
  • Offline Availability: If you are unable to secure the delivery slot of your choice, you can still shop a selection of our bestselling products at The Providore Downtown.
