Hand folded one by one and filled with creamy Italian burrata and Summer black truffle from Umbria. Vegetarian. 250g per pack. Frozen.

Cooking Hint

Can be served as a starter or main course. I like to drizzle mine with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cooks in 3-4 minutes in salted boiling water.

Pasta (56%): Flour (Wheat), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (28%), Durum Wheat Flour, Salt, Water.

Filling (44%): Burrata Cheese (MILK (55%), Cream (MILK), Salt, Rennet, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid), Ricotta cheese (MILK), Black Truffle Cream (7%) (Black Truffle-Tuber Aestivum, Truffle Juice, Salt, Natural Truffle Flavouring);
Dusted with rice flour.
