I don't think there's anyone who doesn't love the aroma of quality bacon, distinctively sizzling away on a pan. It's simply magic and sets the taste buds alight like nothing else.
As we are very proud and very addicted to our own Wicks Manor Bacon, we particularly loved this simple video, which takes the humble everyday bacon and elevates it to something a bit more special. I've tried this approach with our Wicks Manor Bacon snuggly wrapped around prawns, and can vouch for the fact that it's a marriage made in heaven. I served it for supper with a little mixture bowl of Sriracha and mayo, but I reckon you could wrap just about anything and it'll taste divine.
