Silver Hill Confit of Duck Legs

Product Description

Hand prepared and trimmed duck legs marinated in a subtle combination of garlic, black pepper & herbs and then slow cooked in to produce the finest duck confit. Gluten-free. Each pack weighs 300g and contains 2 duck legs (cooked). Frozen.

Cooking Hint

Defrost fully before reheating & consume within 24 hours of defrosting.

  1. Remove packaging and place on a wire rack in a baking tray. 
  2. Place in a preheated oven 200ºC/410ºF/Gas 6 for 20-25 minutes. 
  3. Carefully remove from the oven and serve.

Ingredients: Duck legs (97%), gluten-free seasoning (sugar, salt, garlic powder, spices), duck fat.
