Silver Hill Confit of Duck Legs

Product Description

300g, 2 slow-cooked confit duck legs, gluten free

These duck legs are hand prepared and trimmed, marinated with a subtle combination of garlic, black pepper & herbs and then slow cooked in duck fat to produce the finest duck confit.

Our ducks come from Silver Hill Farm, an Irish duck producer renowned amongst restauranteurs and foodies in Singapore for its succulence and tenderness.

Defrost fully before reheating & consume within 24 hours of defrosting.

- Remove packaging and place on a wire rack in a baking tray. 
- Place in a preheated oven 200ºC/410ºF/Gas 6 for 20-25 minutes. 
- Carefully remove from the oven and serve.


Duck legs (97%), Seasoning (sugar, salt, garlic powder, spices), duck fat. The seasoning is Gluten Free.
