Plaice. Our Atlantic Plaice Fillets are fully traceable and sustainably caught, from the South West of United Kingdom. This delicious white fish is of the finest quality and has the best flavor, as does the rest of our white fish range. Plaice, like other white fish, is perfect for grilling, with a little lemon juice to enhance its sweet and delicate flavor. It comes filleted with the light skin on, to hold it together during cooking.
Raw plaice fillet skin on. 2 x 75g fillets per pack. Frozen.
