I have brought most of the varieties of these Wicks Sausages from Sasha. They are Meaty, full of flavour and cook beautifully. I fell they are the best sausages i have brought in Singapore.

Pork (75%), Water, Rusk (Contains Wheat flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Raising agent: Ammonium Bicarbonate), Salt, Wheat Flour, Stabiliser (Sodium triphosphate), Dextrose, Yeast Extract, Spices, Preservative (Sodium metabisulphite), Flavouring preparation (Spice and Herb extracts) Antioxidant (Ascorbic acid). I bought a pack of the sausages and removed the meat from the lining. Added some fresh ground pepper and wrapped them in puff pastry to make sausage rolls. Excellent outcome; firm meat with great texture and without the usual fat and grizzle found in commercial sausage meat. Complements the puff pastry very well. Goes well dipped in tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
These are REAL sausages, just like the ones we used to enjoy from our local farmer in England. They are so full of real meat too, we love them in our family.

Wicks Manor, a family farm in Essex, England, has 50+ years experience raising pigs. I love visiting and seeing piglets playing in large straw pens, giving mum outside space for a break. The pigs mature naturally, with home grown nutritional hormone free feed and plenty of clean water. Sheltered from nature's harsher elements, but with room to roam and play outside, the piglets’ quality of life is carefully managed.
