Seabass With Chilli Butter

Product Description

Tender seabass fillets with a meaty texture, accompanied with 2 chilli butter portions. Skin on. 100g per fillet, 2 fillets per pack. Frozen.

Note: While our supplier has tried to remove all bones, please be careful just in case they've missed one.

Cooking Hint

Add fillet skin in a hot frying pan with oil. Fry for 3 minutes until skin is crispy, turn fillet over, cook for a further 2 minutes and add chilli butter. Baste fish as it is cooking. Serve immediately and enjoy.
