It's a hotly debated topic when it comes to fish - 'wild versus farmed', with many of our beliefs set on "gut instinct" that wild is best. In reality, this is far from the case, as you'll hear from Mike Veling, Dutch entrepreneur, aquaculture expert, member of the Conservation International’s Leadership Council, as well as an Honorary Global Marine Fellow.
This is a great eye-opener in which Mike reflects my own choice in opting to sell Mt Cook New Zealand Alpine Salmon, which is farmed. For all the reasons he states, I believe it's hands-down the best, cleanest, most traceable and sustainable product there is.
