Hot Smoked Chalk Stream Trout Salad

Smoked trout salad with yogurt dressing - delicious with a crusty roll or wholegrain bread.

INGREDIENTS

Chalk Stream English Hot Smoked Rainbow Trout
Romaine Lettuce
Tomatoes
Telegraphic Cucumber
3 tsp of white wine vinegar
2 tbsp Vasse Virgin Rich & Robust Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
100ml of Tamar Valley Natural Greek-Style Yoghurt
1/2 tsp Vasse Virgin Margaret River Pure Honey


METHOD
  1. Whisk all the dressing ingredients together and set aside.
  2. Arrange lettuce leaves in the centre of a plate. Flake the hot smoked trout over the leaves and spoon dressing over all.
