Pesto Bacon Chicken

 

INGREDIENTS

1 Chicken Breast
1 tablespoon Pesto
1 tablespoon grated Mozzarella
4 Wicks Manor English Smoked Streaky Bacon strips

METHOD

1. Place the chicken breast on a cutting board and slice through the middle of the breast to create a pocket.
2. Fill the pocket with pesto and grated mozzarella.
3. Wrap the stuffed chicken breast with streaky bacon strips and place it on a baking tray.
4. Pre-heat the oven at 180C/ 350F and bake the chicken for 40 minutes.
5. Remove the chicken from the oven and serve.
