Mt. Cook Alpine New Zealand Salmon Portions Skinless (approx 80g for 1 person)
Spring onion or green onion
Lemon zest
Organic Buckwheat Soba Noodles
Nori sheet
From Your Pantry
1 Tablespoon Poké Sauce
Black sesame seeds
Shisho leaves
METHOD
- Toss 80g of dices Mt Cook Alpine Salmon with the black sesame seeds, shisho leaves, green onion & lemon zest to taste
- Mix in 1 tablespoon of Poké Sauce
- Serve on a bed of soba noodles
