This headline in the Straits Times pretty much sums up the reasons why our Silver Hill Irish Duck merits the widespread praise I've been singing since launching the range at Sasha's Fine Foods. I spent a day with the team behind the company earlier this year in Ireland, and I was blown away by the care and attention they bestow on every aspect of this unique farming practice.

I find these an incredibly easy and hugely popular choice with my own family - the kids especially love the fun of wrapping the Crispy Half Duck in pancakes and hoisin sauce.
