Ingredients
1 litre Chicken Broth
500g Beef Shabu Shabu
500g Pork Shabu Shabu
450g Prawns
400g Scallops
2 packs Barramundi Fillet, sliced
2 Spring Onion, chopped
5 bunch of Brown Shimeji Mushrooms
2 Leeks, chopped
4 Eggs
2 portions Ramen
1. Pour the chicken broth into a large steamboat pot. Add water to desired level.
2. Add in chopped spring onions and leeks and bring the broth to a boil. Sprinkle some salt for taste.
3. Once broth has simmered, add in some of your ingredients enough for the table and let it cook at medium heat.
4. Add desired amount of ingredients into the steamboat to cook as and when you like.
