Cream Cheese Smoked Trout Bagel

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

2 bagels, split, toasted
110g cream cheese, softened
110g or English Cold Smoked Rainbow Trout or Aoraki (Mt. Cook Alpine) New Zealand Cold Smoked Salmon
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste

METHOD

  1. Tear or slice open your bagel, then slather on soft cream cheese which you have seasoned very lightly with black pepper.
  2. Lower the smoked salmon in a generous fold and then squeeze over a very little lemon juice.
