Cream Cheese Smoked Salmon Bagel

Serves 4


2 Hand-made Bagels, split, toasted
110g cream cheese, softened
110g Aoraki (Mt. Cook Alpine) New Zealand Cold Smoked Salmon
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
Lemon juice to taste


  1. Tear or slice open your bagel, then slather on soft cream cheese which you have seasoned very lightly with black pepper.
  2. Lower the smoked salmon in a generous fold and then squeeze over a very little lemon juice.
